The firm uses information to send requested product details and manage ongoing relationships through invoicing and surveys via mail or electronic channels, unless clients opt out.

The organization may notify clients about promotions, new services, special offers, and articles of potential interest via regular email or postal updates, which clients can decline.

Information is also used internally to improve services and resolve problems.

What if you don't provide some information to us?

If you don't provide us with full information, we can't properly advise or assist you with your credit needs.

How do we hold and protect your information?

The firm maintains reliability, accuracy, completeness and currency of personal information while protecting privacy and security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary or for legal compliance purposes.

Your information is protected on a cloud network and secured by a password and unique identifying questions.

Will we disclose the information we collect to anyone?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Information may be provided to credit licensees for administration, contractors providing services, or other entities during corporate transactions, with efforts to ensure comparable protection.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required or under circumstances the Privacy Act permits.

How can you check, update or change the information we are holding?

Upon written request with sufficient identifying information, the firm will disclose held personal information and correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data.

Complaints should be submitted by email to the Complaints Officer at bahaa@pathfinanceservices.com.au, including as much detail as possible in writing. The firm will attempt prompt resolution.
